“Between The Concrete And Clouds” by Kevin Devine
I present, for your listening pleasure, the title track off of Kevin Devine’s upcoming album, Between The Concrete And Clouds. Devine just recently left the Favorite Gentlemen record label (Manchester Orchestra, Alaska Him Nicely, All Get Out, Bad Books) and will be releasing his newest album on Razor & Tie. The album is set to hit the airwaves September 13th.

Dis ma jam right now. I really cannot wait for the new album! The previews made me so very excited. This may end up becoming my album of the year. We’ll see, ya?
“Off-Screen” by Kevin Devine
FINALLY. The opening track off of Kevin Devine’s cupcoming album, Between The Concrete and Clouds, set to release September 13th.
I have to say, I think the chorus has much more power in the acoustic version, but I do dig this song. Hopefully, the rest of the album will make me a believer. If this one is better than Brother’s Blood, I’ll never doubt Kevin again.
“Part of the Whole” by Kevin Devine
I know it’s been out for like half a year, but I just found this song, and I’m loving the shit out of it. It makes me even more excited for the new album. I didn’t think that was possible. Only one more week!!
Sorry for being absent for so long, by the way! More music is on its way.
“I Used To Be Someone” by Kevin Devine
I’m sorry for so much K-Dev lately, but if I don’t share this, I’m gonna explode. This song is a strong closer for the album, which is really good. I don’t know if it holds the same place in my heart that Brother’s Blood occupies, but it definitely comes close.
Moral of the story: Kevin Devine’s new album is worth it. Buy it. Support him.
ALSO: Come see him with me on the 19th in San Fransisco. We’ll have a gay ol’ time.

Oh poop yeah. Most of these songs are better than the album versions. It seems like his voice gets better with every new release.
